txtNation Anti-Spam Policy (Using mFUSION for your mobile marketing services)
We have a zero tolerance spam policy and compliant campaign policy towards any form of Spam and 'non opt-in' related Mobile Marketing. Any accounts will be immediately terminated if you send spam or operate clearly non-compliant campaigns through our system. We do not send any unwanted advertising SMS text messages.
Spam is defined as the use of electronic messaging systems (mobile, email and web) to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately. Any campaigns which do not comply with industry best practice guidelines may also be considered non-compliant.
Opt-ins & Non-Compliant Campaigns
All clients must agree to only send permission-based message and make sure to operate within the requirements of the regulator, following the below examples. We provide services based on clients making sure they operate on an 'opt-in' basis only.
- All mobile users sent marketing messages must have legally 'opted-in' to receive communications
- All campaigns must adhere to proper opt-in principles and industry requirements.
- All clients must clearly communicate their own privacy policy, terms of service and opt-out procedure.
For Message Recipients
txtNation has a no tolerance spam policy. All accounts and campaigns responsible will be terminated. Mobile users can also opt-out by: We will take the appropriate action against the sender of the message in question. We will work with the mobile user to sort though any issues via phone or email until a satisfactory result is in place. Periodically we may check on a clients campaigns as part of an audit. As part of an audit we may ask questions to check the validity of the mobile campaign. Not getting a satisfactory response from the client will result in immediate termination of the account. Any client found to be ignoring our terms of service and spamming mobile users will be terminated immediately.
